Do you offer free samples?

Generally speaking, we do not offer free samples. You can purchase samples from us to test its performance. And will refund the sample fee to you in the form of providing equivalent value cable. When you place an bulk order to us.

How can I get a sample from LINKE ?

You can talk your needs with our sales people to get the most suitable cable recommendation from them. We will arrange the sample production after received your sample order. And soonly deliver you the samples by express like DHL ,UPS, FEDEX etc.

How do I order a custom product from LINKE ?

Kindly please contact our sales people by E-mail:[email protected] Our engineer department will set up a project team for your cable project, them will design and customize the cable for you.

How long will it take for you to customize cable for me ?

It will take 7~15 days to custom the cable.

What’s your production time(Lead time) ?

We can delivery the cables immediately after receiving your payment as long as we have the products in stock. Sample making lead time is 7 days, small order production time is 12~15days, bulk order production time is 25~30 days.

What’s the freight channel do you use for delivering the goods?

Linke usually use express such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, air ways to deliver samples and small quantity orders. For bulk orders we recommend deliver the goods by sea so as to save freight fee.

Do you accept payment made by Paypal ?

Yes, we do accept Paypal payment method for sample order and small order. Which will save much transfer time than T/T payment.

Can you customize wire & cable for my own needs ?

Yes, we can set up a project team to customize cable for your own needs, if you annual demands reach a certain quantity.

Do you always have cables in stock ?

We do have some models cables in stock. However, most of the cables need to be placed an order to be produced for you. Since, there are hundreds of models in our product catalog, its really very hard for us to have all of them in stock.

What is the development fee?

Development fee is needed. It can be refunded to you in the form of providing equivalent value cable to you in the future. When the ordered cable reach a certain quantity.
